Michael Torres, also known as Myke Towers in the industry of music is a Puerto Rican singer and rapper born on January 15, 1994. Mike Towers became Myke Towers slightly in 2017 as a celebration of his fellow members of the Young Kingz Music Movement, where he is a resident. This was a shift of the initial letter in the name to a "y" to honor the movement. Myke has been a participant in the underground rap scene in Puerto Rico from the time he was a teenager. His first freestyles and songs were released on SoundCloud. He gained acclaim in 2014 with songs like Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal and En los Bloques. The artist also attracted attention from the music scene in urban areas with his performance of the freestyle La Nueva Droga and his interpretation of the original track from the band Drake.
